Groovy Cakes is a small home bakery in Uckfield providing delicious "free-from" cakes which most customers don't even realise are dairy-free, egg-free, wheat-free and gluten-free. Additionally, all our carefully selected ingredients are suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
With designs to cater for every event, our cakes can compliment any party; whether it's a child's birthday, a bridal shower, a new baby or even your wedding day! They also make great presents or romantic gifts, especially for those of us who can sometimes have difficulty buying suitable foods.
Groovy Cakes offers a wide range of baked products allowing for full customisation of the end product; so you can get a design in the colour and flavour which best suits your day.
UNDERSTANDING ALLERGIES
In the last few years the composition and origin of our foods has been very much in the public eye. Better diagnosis of allergies has also increased public awareness of food intolerances which has increased demand for allergen-free products. Whilst the number of allergen-free products offered by large, nationwide providers, such as super markets, has been increasing, the texture, flavour and quality of the baked goods is often substandard.
Groovy Cakes aims to reverse the trend by offering cakes which are as pleasing to the palate as they are to the eye, and we offer full disclosure of our ingredients (at www.groovycakes.co.uk).
